Episode 67: He-Man Revelation Trailer Reaction & Wild Speculation

June 28, 2021

One would be hard-pressed to have made it through the 1980's without some kind of knowledge about He-Man and the Masters of the Universe. Whether you were a fan, were annoyed by a fan, or were getting a second job in order to afford to buy toys for some crazed 8 year old, this 'roided-up Conan knock-off was part of the fabric of our lives. So when Kevin Smith dropped a trailer for his soon-to-debut on Netflix sequel to the original series, we had to give it a look and then share it with you... the people.

All that plus a dose of Star Wars and Marvel news as well as a health update from The Man They Call Tim. Dig in!

- The upcoming Book of Boba Fett show sounds tooooooo sweeeeeet

- Speaking of The Book of Boba Fett, will it be serving as a de facto season 2.5 to The Mandalorian?

- Here's an old rumor surrounding Captain America and everyone's favorite cigar-chomping Canadian mutant that Tim tried to weaponize into raising Todd's blood pressure

- Agent Coulson is dead but maybe not quite dead after episode 1 of Loki

- Here's why cartoons in the 80's had those educational moments at the end

- Nice pull by The Man They Call Tim on Force Five

- Turns out that Cruel Summer (co-starring Harley Quinn Smith) is on Hulu

- Looks like Tim was right - Tony Todd played Worf's brother Kurn on Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine

Tim recommends a healthy double dose of WWE (shocking we know) of A&E's WWE Legends Biographies and WWE Most Wanted Treasures

Todd thinks you should give Kevin Smith's latest stand-up special Silent But Deadly an immediate watch
